Ukraine has lost more than 50% of its generating capacity since 2022 and needs ~10 GW of new capacity (Ukrenergo); wholesale prices sit near regulatory caps across most hours. This platform invests in modular gas-engine cogeneration (MWM TCG 3020 V20 units, 87.6% total efficiency) that produces dispatchable power and heat at the point of demand.

DE-RISKED STRUCTURE — Investors enter a ring-fenced Ukrainian investment fund owning the project company; output is sold through a 10-year contracted, state-backed offtake. The tariff is fixed and indexed in EUR and settled in UAH at the official rate, so returns are tracked and protected in hard currency. War and political risk are insurable through DFC and MIGA programs.

THE OFFER — Instrument: equity and/or shareholder loan. Horizon ~7–10 years. Target net return: low-to-mid teens EUR IRR (indicative), with distributions from contracted, EUR-indexed offtake cash flows. Exit: sale to a strategic/financial investor or refinancing. 10-year profit-tax holiday and equipment import relief inside registered industrial parks.

DEPLOYMENT — Three anchor regions: Kyiv (largest concentration of industrial load and registered parks), Dnipro (heavy industry, strong gas and grid infrastructure) and Odesa (port, agri-processing and Black Sea trade corridor).
